Smart A Custom Pressure Response for Precision Care
A patient’s condition is always changing. Smart A fine-tunes the Auto Algorithm to respond to the patient’s pressure needs to support comfort and provide success with PAP therapy. The Smart A algorithm uses data from a rolling 5-effective treatment sessions. An effective treatment session is defined as at least 4 hours of use and a controlled leak (<90 lpm). The algorithm looks at the 50th and 95th percentile to determine where Auto min and Auto max should be adjusted.

Auto-Adjusting CPAP with Reslex
The Luna Auto is an auto-adjusting machine that will automatically adjust throughout the night to deliver the pressure needed to maintain the airway. The machine will operate a low pressure until a higher pressure is needed. Reslex is a comfort feature which will provide a drop in pressure upon exhalation. Reslex can be set to settings of 1-3, with 1 being the lowest drop in pressure and 3 being the largest drop, or left off for no drop in pressure.
Integrated Heated Humidifier Included
The Heated Humidifier is included with this purchase and connects directly to the machine to receive power. The humidifier can be set to one of five heat settings or turned off completely if desired. Lights below the machine display will indicate the current heat setting on the humidifier. The humidifier chamber is spring loaded and pops in and out easily and features an easy to use cap for refilling.
Large Colorful Display
The Luna has a 3.5 inch colored display which allows easy access to settings for adjustment if needed. The machine has a turning knob and two buttons for easy navigation to desired menus.
Detailed Therapy Data with QR Code
The Luna Auto CPAP offers easy access to therapy data both on-screen and through the iCode app. The machine will show information such as compliance hours, average pressure, AHI, snore index, and leak rate. Data can be viewed using iCode by retrieving either the complete code and inputting it on the iCode website or by scanning the QR code off of the machine’s display into the iCode app on a smartphone.
Auto On/Off
The Luna Auto CPAP features automatic starting and stopping of therapy when the user puts their mask on and starts breathing, or takes the mask off when therapy is complete.
